I was approached by Orpington Connected magazine in December 2016, with a view to my company placing an advert in their new magazine that was going to be distributed throughout the Orpington and surrounding areas every month.
As a company we do not ever advertise like this as we really do not push the domestic side of our business preferring to concentrate on the commercial element.
However, the team were very passionate about Orpington Connected and how it was going to be distributed via their Door to Door business without being too salesman like!
I found their passion to be contagious and placed a small advert at a very reasonable cost for a month with a view that we would not be placing anymore after January edition. To my surprise we are still advertising for the fifth month running and the reasons for this are simple:
